Girl, 16, reported missing/endangered in Port Charlotte

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. – Char­lotte County Sheriff’s deputies are cur­rently look­ing for a Missing/Endangered Juvenile.

Jamyra J. War­ren, 16, left her Port Char­lotte home around 6:37 a.m. Fri­day, Dec. 11, walk­ing to school, but she never arrived.

Jamyra is 5-foot-3, 148 pounds, black with dark hair, brown eyes, car­ry­ing a Jans­port back­pack, with unknown clothing.

Jamyra suf­fers from Post-Traumatic Stress Dis­or­der and departed with­out her pre­scribed med­ica­tion. It’s believed that she may be try­ing to get back to her place of birth in New Orleans.
