Golf tournament to support Sarasota County PAL

Reg­is­tra­tion is open for the Police Ath­letic League of Sara­sota County’s annual golf tournament.

The event will be held at Her­itage Oaks Golf Course in Sara­sota on Fri­day, Sept. 10, with a shot­gun start at 1 p.m. Reg­is­tra­tion is $100 per per­son and includes a round of golf, cart fees, lunch and the awards banquet.

There will be a hole-in-one chal­lenge for a free auto­mo­bile from Sun­set Chevro­let, in addi­tion to clos­est to the pin, straight­est drive and longest drive competitions.
